You’ll see in several of the shots references to the Discover the Origin campaign, for which Charles, I and a number of other wine luminaries have been doing talks this spring. Discover the Origin sees the powers that be in charge of Parma ham, Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, port, Douro table wines and Burgundy wines working together to promote products that speak of their origin. Yes, yum, a very nice collection, so do look out for the various events taking place around the country.
