Best place to drink good wine at affordable prices in London this Christmas? You might want to check out “Vins Extraordinaires”, which will be popping-up inside the former cork factory at 61 Lant Street SE1 on weekdays from 5-11pm December 1st to 23rd.
The selection has been put together by wine writer, consultant and cricket freak Stuart George, and ranges from 2011 Waipara West Riesling at £13 a bottle up to 1970 Lafite at £630. All wines are available by the 125ml glass, with the older ones being served with Coravin – the Lafite is £245 for example.
