Classy young rosé made from Grenache and Syrah, plus a spoonful or two of Vermentino

Pale and interesting, this combines gentle ripe strawberry flavours with crisper notes such as red apple, citrus and cranberry, then adds in some of the classic sandy, peppery/herby notes of Provence. Worth lingering over, as it grows in the glass – and don’t overchill it! S(-)
