Denbies Ranmore Hill 2014, Surrey, England (£14.95 Denbies)
Soft, easy going style of wine, very floral, with a gingery note and a light toasty element, but while there’s a touch of citrus freshness, I’d like it to be crisper. C

Denbies Pinot Noir 2014, Surrey, England (£16.95 Denbies)
Proper Pinot, pale in colour, with soft, squishy strawberry flavours and a hint of rose petal. Not great but good, friendly style with no rough edges. B+

Denbies Noble Harvest 2015, Surrey, England (£19.95 per half Denbies, Waitrose)
Clean, fresh style, never too loud, never too sweet, with a syruppy edge to the orange marmalade flavours, a slightly caramelised note too. Nice wine. S-
