I expect some readers will probably have seen this before, but it’s a new one to me. Who would have believed that the star of Under Siege, Exit Wounds, Belly of the Beast and most recently Machete would be such a wine expert? Chuck Norris, maybe, but Seagal….?

PPS If it’s been a little quiet here recently, it’s because I’ve had the cold from the swamp – very green but not very pleasant. For a few days, I even lost my sense of smell, a bit of a blow in my job. It’s back now, although I still feel like a beach ball that’s just had its stopper removed. Hopefully normal service will be being resumed very soon…
