The blend is 50% Chardonnay, 28% Viognier, 21% Chenin & 1% Roussanne (think 1% won’t make a difference? Try over- or under-salting your food…)

Starts off in rounded and peachy fashion, with creamy richness in there too, but then other characters appear – some toasty spent-match notes, a hint of (nice) cabbage, an exotic passionfruit edge, and some earthy freshness (from the Chenin Blanc). The result is complex, satisfying and moreish. S
